Our background

Built from experience, not theory.

TrueBearing AI grew out of years building and running AI inside an enterprise customer success function. The automations we built changed how hundreds of CSMs worked with their accounts every day.

The technology was straightforward. Getting a team to trust it and make it part of how they work took real effort. The projects that worked had one thing in common: the function leader owned the problem and stayed involved.

TrueBearing exists to bring that experience to companies that don't have a six-figure consulting budget or a spare engineering team. People who have done it, working alongside the people who will run it.

How we work

The method

We start with your workflow.

We sit with your team, trace how the work actually moves, and find where AI would save real time. Sometimes the answer is that a simpler tool would do the job. We'll say so.

We build inside your existing tools.

Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Google Workspace, whatever your team is already in. We're not here to sell you a new platform. We build around the systems your team knows.

We hand everything over.

Your team gets documentation, a runbook, and the ability to run, modify, or switch off what we built. If we stopped answering our email tomorrow, your automations would keep running. That's the standard.

We stay on if you want us to.

Models change. People join the team. Workflows evolve. Our Steer program is a standing monthly review to keep things working and bring you what's new. You can stop it any month.

What we believe

Principles we work by

Operators own the problem.

The people closest to the work define what needs fixing and what "fixed" looks like. We bring the build skills. They bring the judgment.

We never recommend AI for the sake of it.

If a spreadsheet or a checklist would solve the problem, we'll say so. We'd rather save your team's time than sell AI hours.

A person reviews before action.

Automations recommend. A person on your team approves anything that reaches a customer, a record, or money. That's the default.

Your data stays yours.

Everything we build runs in your environment, with credentials your team owns and can revoke at any time. We don't hold the keys.

We don't disappear after delivery.

The work isn't done when the automation goes live. It's done when your team is using it and it's holding up.

Honesty over polish.

We'd rather tell you something won't work than sell you something that looks good in a demo and fails in practice.
