Enterprise and mid-market
Your board said "do AI." Your team needs someone who has actually done it.
TrueBearing AI works with VP and Head-of-function leaders at companies with 50 to 500+ people. We map where the hours go, build automations inside your existing tools, and stay on to keep them working.
The gap
The mandate arrived. The plan didn't.
The board or the CEO said it: "We need to be using AI." Your team heard it. They agree. They're capable people who know their function inside out.
The problem is specific. Nobody inside has shipped AI in a function like yours. That gap comes down to having done it before and knowing which ideas actually work when they hit real workflows and real teams.
Consultancies will sell you a strategy deck. It'll be well-written. Your team won't be able to act on it Monday morning. Internal engineering is backlogged with product work. And the off-the-shelf AI features in your CRM or helpdesk cover some things but miss the workflows that cross tools and teams.
We've built and run AI inside an enterprise function. We know what works and how to get a team to actually use it after launch week.
How it works
Three stages. Start with the first one.
Each stage has its own price and deliverable. You can stop after any stage.
Map
$2,500 AUD flat 2 to 3 weeks
What actually happens
We interview your team. Not a survey, not a questionnaire. We sit with the people who do the work and ask them what eats their time. We trace the workflow from start to finish: where data enters, where it gets copied, where someone stops to build a report or draft an email by hand.
We look at the tools you're already in. We check what's possible inside them before suggesting anything new. We identify the handoffs, reports, follow-ups, and recurring tasks where AI can save real time.
What you get
A written, plain-English findings document. A ranked list of what to build first, with hours and dollars on every line. An honest assessment of what is not worth automating. Some items will have "do not build this" next to them. That's part of the value.
What happens next
You decide whether to proceed. Go ahead with a Build within 30 days and the Map fee comes off the Build price. If nothing on the list is worth building, you've spent $2,500 AUD and you know where you stand.
Build
$5K to $25K AUD per build 4 to 6 weeks
What actually happens
We build the automation inside the tools your team already uses. Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Gainsight, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365. We work with your existing stack because the goal is getting your team's time back, not running a migration.
Your team is involved through the build. They test it. They give feedback. When it goes live, a person on your team reviews before anything reaches a customer or a record. Always.
What you get
A working automation, a runbook your team can follow, and a hand-over so your team can run it without us. If you did the Map first, the Map fee comes off the Build price. Scope sets the price: the systems involved and how much your team needs to review.
Steer
From $1,000 AUD a month Monthly
What actually happens
Models change. People join. Workflows move. The automation that worked in April might need tuning by July. Steer is a standing monthly review of how the automations are running, plus fixes, upgrades, and onboarding when new team members join.
When something new is worth trying, we bring it to you. When something breaks, we fix it. Your team has a way to reach us between reviews.
What you get
Confidence that what we built keeps working as your team and tools evolve. A standing review cadence. Priority access when you need something adjusted.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We confirm a fixed figure for your Build after the Map.
What we build
Concrete examples by function
Every build is scoped to your team's actual workflow.
Customer Success
- Account brief automation from CRM data, so the CSM walks into every call prepared without spending 30 minutes pulling notes
- QBR draft generation that pulls usage data, support tickets, and renewal dates into a starting document your CSM edits and owns
- Health score alerts that flag at-risk accounts based on actual usage patterns, not just a static formula
- Renewal risk flagging that gives the team time to act before the conversation turns into a save attempt
Sales and Revenue Ops
- Pipeline data entry automation that reduces the time reps spend logging activity
- Follow-up sequences drafted from call notes so the rep reviews and sends instead of writing from scratch
- Proposal drafting that pulls in the right product details, pricing, and customer context
- Territory reporting that pulls numbers from multiple systems into one view without someone manually exporting and merging spreadsheets
Marketing
- Content drafting in your team's voice, with tone controls and guardrails your marketing lead sets
- Campaign performance summaries that pull from your ad platforms and CRM into a readable brief
- Competitive intel aggregation from public sources, formatted the way your team actually uses it
Operations
- Process documentation generation from existing workflows, so the knowledge isn't only in one person's head
- Cross-system data reconciliation that catches mismatches before they become problems in a report
- Reporting automation that assembles the weekly or monthly numbers your leadership team needs
Data and trust
Your data stays on your servers, in your accounts. We never store it.
Runs in your environment
Automations run on your infrastructure, in your cloud accounts, with API keys your team controls. Nothing is hosted on our side.
Your API keys, your accounts
Every integration uses credentials your team owns and can revoke at any time. We don't hold keys to your systems after the hand-over.
A person reviews before action
Automations recommend. A person on your team approves anything that reaches a customer, a record, or money. That is the default.
Full hand-over
Your team gets a complete hand-over: documentation, runbook, and the ability to run, modify, or switch off everything we built. You don't depend on us to keep it running.
Model-agnostic
We're not tied to one AI provider. We use the model that fits the task and the security requirements. If your organization has a preferred vendor or an approved model list, we work within it.
Works in your tools
No platform swap. We build inside the systems your team already uses. You don't need to adopt a new tool to get AI working.
